"Huge, spacious stone house fully renovated. It was a pleasure staying there. The kitchen is fully equipped, the essentials are all there.Interestingly the train station in Guingamp is not actually the city center, and this place is close to the train station so it's not exactly in the old part of town. That means a little walk to the river, fort, etc, but on the other hand it means it's very easy to get street parking.The only improvement I could suggest is to maintain the garden area just...

"Parfait! Logement à 20 mètres de la plage et à côté de tout les commerces. L'appartement est plus que très bien équipé. Les photos sont conformes. La place de parking est un gros plus. Enfin, la communication a été excellente avec l'hôte. Je recommande! "

"We had a wonderful time staying in the upstairs duplex apartment. Cecile was the sweetest host. She answered all our questions and was very helpful with whatever we needed. She could not have been nicer. The apartment was sunny with a magnificent view of the harbor and the marina. The beds were comfortable. Par contre il manque un manuel d utilisation du matériel .... télé , ordures ... 2 fois j ai utilisé le 06 de permanence et j attends toujours le rappel des personnes . Le couloir d entrée est sale et sent mauvais compte tenu du stockage de 2 poubelles dans l entrée . C est la première fois que je fonctionne avec Abritel ey ce n est pas une bonne expérience "

"This stay was good in all ways I can think of Good staff. Particularly Alexander who was new but engaging and engaged doing a fantastic hospitality job. Food excellent especially dinner and knowledgeable staff who could explain the ingredients without hesitation Room perfect with outside area making a great space Close to Paimpol, we walked easily If I had a tiny criticism it would be refreshing breakfast items as some ran out. "Fantastic location and lovely building with plenty of space and great views. The pool was lovely, but the pool cover was slightly tired and not always easy to open. Beds were all comfortable and cosy. Kitchen was well kitted-out, although some of the frying pans weren't suitable for the induction hob so didn't work. BBQ was great and worked really well. Also easy to clean which helps. Table tennis table and room were a big hit - perfect space for it. House was clean throughout. Lovely garden and forest area with a rope swing the kids loved. Nice walk out from the bottom of the garden to the beaches."
