"First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund. "

Alina nos recibió y al ver q veníamos cansadas nos dijo q nos fuéramos a dormir y ya mañana hacíamos los trámites de registro. "Perfectly decent price/quality ratio. A decent bed, a small but adequate loo, working aircon. Perhaps a little more 1970s than usual these days, but a decent sleep for a decent price: what more do you want?"
