The receptionist represents an excellent and very kind teresita the lady who cleaned my room very kind. The boys at the Melvin bar and another young man that works with Melvin very cheerful and kind to the family. Finally more restaurants needed!

We couldn't stay at the property cause the WHOLE hotel didn't have air conditioner functioning at the moment of check in. There was not a time frame for resolving the problem, resulting us moving to another hotel paying premium dollars for it
