"This property is part of a large house shared with two other rentals. It is based on the old conservatory and sits in nice gardens away from the pool. The property itself is tired and would benefit from some TLC. There is a spectacular sea view from the edge of the garden, but not from the property. The setting is secluded and peaceful."

"Wir haben in dieser schönen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung zwölf Tage verbracht und sie als Basis für unsere Wanderungen im Teide- und Anaga-Gebirge genutzt . Alles, was man für einen 14-tägigen Aufenthalt braucht, ist da. Die Wohnung war tadellos sauber und begrüßte uns mit einem gefüllten Obstkorb samt einer Flasche Wasser - wunderbar. Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Hang über Los Realejos und das Meer. Schön ist auch der freundliche und schnelle Kontakt zur Vermieterfamilie...

"Hotel has limited parking. May be risky to park outside of hotel grounds even if you are lucky to find something... Rental cars are an easy target. Busy streets and no where nice walk near the hotel. The water on the island is no good. Hotel does not provide drinking water except at dinner. You need to go and buy your own. The smell of smoke is everywhere in this hotel, Had to move rooms as it smelt so bad. Management insisted it was a non smoking room... however they provide ashtrays...

"We booked 7 nights in Feb '17 preferring a walking and exploring type holiday. First thing to say is you definitely need a car to stay here and a sat nav/ phone to find it. On arriving we had to call and were met 15 mins later by a very nice chap but who did not speak a word of English. Our Spanish is minimal so this is in no way a complaint, it is just a very different first impression from your typical resort. It meant the following 10 mins was a kind of charade type miming which, at the end...

"The food was excellent; better than we expected for sure. Unbeatable location in terms of relaxing views! Great gym as well with almost all new equipment and good variety. Lovely spa with fantastic service. We had a couple of very windy nights - I would recommend bringing ear plugs for sleeping since the balcony sun-covers and curtains on each room can really rattle around. The bed was also far too soft for our preference but I realise that's quite personal. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely come again! "
