This as our 6th visit which in itself speaks volumes. We love this hotel and the area it is located. However, we did notice a difference in the quality and choice of the half board dinner this time. Enough so to possibly consider only going bed & breakfast next time,

The hotel is supposed to be one of the top hotels in Gran Canaria but is far from being the best. We paid for an ocean front room. I had never heard of this brand/group before but decided to stay with them as they had so many properties on Gran Canaria.
