With stunning lake views, Villa Exclusive Modern in Los Montesinos offers a memorable stay. The 120 m² property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 additional toilets, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available.



Outside, enjoy a private heated pool—perfect for relaxing year-round. Pool heating is available on request for an extra fee; please request at least 7 days before arrival. The villa also features a private pool, garden, terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
