Property in disrepair cockroaches in the room.
Water in bathroom was salty and didn’t feel clean.
Falling pieces of tile in bathroom wall.
Loose bathroom drain cover.
Pool was dirty with murky water.

The hotel has direct access to the beach, nice bar area with music, and beach seating. The staff was super nice and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms had good AC and comfortable beds. However, the showers were not very nice. There was no hot water and the shower had no shower head when the water came out. The spa was also under maintenance and they had not alternative option. I had to go to a different hotel to get my massage. I probably will not stay here again.
