"Lovely large apartment. The pools were lovely and good facilities mostly . We ran out of hand soap and it was not topped up until we left . Also ripped sheets and rooms never cleaned properly and the toilet was left dirty with toilet roll in it on day. The staff were ok but a lot didn’t speak English and were not overly friendly.
