Service was great. If you don’t get enough to eat or drink it ‘s due to lack of service. The pool restrooms could have a funky smell at times. Had a great time.

Great all inclusive, great food, great service. I would definitely return again. The pool was clean as well as the entire resort. The view of the arch from RIU palace is unbeatable.

Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos All Inclusive
Fun spot for large families but not a place for relaxing. Their vacation planners upcharge you on everything and their pricing for massage and credit is unecessarily complex. The Ala cart breakfast and house made pasta were the food highlights. It’s a party destination…not a wellness retreat

Our great stay until checkout came, and we found out that my two Cartier rings were stolen by housekeeping. Security checked the card reader logs, and found out that housekeeping came in four times but did not clean the room. Presumably checking to see if we had left anything in the room. They maid ...
