"Book because you want Remote, secluded location, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, casual, quiet, almost local feel. Small resort, but decent amenities including beach cabanas, 2 small pools, gym, snorkeling and kayaking equipment. Rooms look right out over the sea of Cortez. Clean and comfortable. Staff is young and gracious. Can arrange adventures, but you have to ask (none of the sales push of some large resorts) If you’re looking for poolside party or service, super posh options, see and be seen scene, bar scene, or a lot of variety might not be your place. Came with my mother for semi- annual get sunshine trip in Mexico trip. Causal and she loved it. "

"The location of this Condo was ideal! From your east facing doors, you could watch the sun rise over the water or step outside for an unobstructed view on an expansive patio with cushioned lounge chairs. I chose the latter with my coffee cup in hand. Dick was very responsive to all of our needs and questions both before and during our stay. Having a condo rather than a hotel is far superior in my opinion. The extra space and amenities (full kitchen and 2 bathrooms) are all a big bonus! We would definitely stay here again if it was available. "

"What a great place to stay in Los barriles! Great location near restaurants and a small grocery store. Quick easy walk to the beach. The house was very clean and had easy access. Great layout with the small shady courtyard in back. Roosters were noisy and there was some loud music but nothing unexpected for Mexico. "

"This is a beautiful, well maintained property. We had everything we needed and more. The sunrises could not be beat from the upstairs balcony. The decor was beautiful and relaxing. The linens were nice and the house was extremely clean. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Just a note that the upstairs and downstairs are not connected from the inside which was not a problem at all for us However a family with little ones may find it difficult. We loved the location. We were close to town and just a short walk to the beach. And the pickleball complex was just a quick walk however we could never hear them playing. We also ate breakfast at the courts and one dinner. Both meals were very good. The fish tacos were memorable! We will definitely return on our next visit to Los Barriles. "

"Went with my family and we had a great time at this home. The view is incredible. We were lucky enough to spot a whale from the balcony. Beautiful house and very well stocked with everything you would want. Having the garage to store a Quad and car was also a plus."
