"The room was very clean; the staff was helpful. I liked how the breakfast time was not short it was from 6:00 -10:00 so it didn't force you to wake up early on vacation. The menu was different I assume it was authentic Costa Rican breakfast but you def was able to find something to eat. I didn't go to the bar but coming in and out of the property I saw a lot of guests sitting at the bar so it seemed popular."

"Clean, secure, well maintained and artsy hotel that has great systems for guests. The breakfast unfortunately is very basic and not as fresh as it could be. Eggs are great though… I would highly recommend staying at this Hotel if you are in the Santa Ana neighborhood 👍"

"Pros: We arrived early because we weren’t sure how long it would take us to get there from the airport and they were able to let us check in early. Very clean room, great little pool (water was really cold which would be fantastic on a really hot day), lots of wildlife (lizards/iguanas, squirrels, birds and butterflies), and very kind, patient and accommodating staff. Breakfast was great. Cons: Room was very dated (multiple holes in the walls from where clothes hooks and toilet paper holder had come down), and the door handle in the front of the room was falling out of the door, but because the staff was so amazing, they were able to fix it within about 10 minutes. The parking lot is very small and hard to navigate. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."
