"Pésimo servicio, llegamos y nos dijeron que no existía la reserva que hicimos tres meses atrás y que no nos podían devolver el dinero, en las plataformas como esta de Hoteles.com, Despegar y otras los precios no son los verdaderos según ellos es una estafa y no han sido capaces de poner denuncias formales, nos tocó escribir y llamar por dónde habíamos hecho las reservas para que nos solucionaran lo cual no fue posible nos ofrecían hoteles muy lejos del pueblo y para que nos debolvieran el dinero...
