Welcome to Casa Duviño by Rental Hero, a spacious rustic-style apartment in the heart of Los Alcázares, only around 50 metres from the Mar Menor.

The location is one of the apartment's greatest highlights. Restaurants, shops, banks, a butcher and grocery stores are directly on your doorstep, while the town square and Town Hall are also just moments away.

Start your morning with a coffee nearby, walk to the Mar Menor within minutes and enjoy dinner at one of the many local restaurants in the evening. This is a fantastic location for experiencing Los Alcázares without needing a car for everyday activities.

With approximately 150 m² of living space, Casa Duviño provides plenty of room for families and groups of up to 8 guests.

The apartment offers four bedrooms and five beds in total:

Bedroom 1: 1 king-size double bed
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed

All bedrooms have fitted ceiling fans, wardrobes and drawer storage.

There are also two bathrooms with showers.

The apartment features a separate, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, oven, hob/range top, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

Cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery are provided for up to 12 people, making the kitchen particularly convenient for larger families and groups.

The spacious lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating with two three-seater sofas and two armchairs, providing seating for 8 guests. Air conditioning is available in the living room.

The dining area includes a large extendable dining table with 8 chairs, with 3 additional dining chairs also available.

Another highlight is the roof terrace, furnished with sun loungers and garden chairs – a lovely place to enjoy the Spanish sunshine or relax after a day at the Mar Menor.

Fast Wi-Fi is also included throughout your stay.

Please note that Casa Duviño is located on the second floor and there is no lift, so access may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

There is no private parking space. Public parking is available in the surrounding streets, although finding a space can be more difficult during the busy summer months.
