"Very clean motel. Quiet and spacious rooms. The sweet elderly woman at the desk upon check in was extremely helpful in suggesting a place to eat within 10 minutes which was absolutely delicious. Shower had A LOT of pressure. You definitely got clean using that!! If I ever find myself around Watertown again, I’ll definitely stay there again. Price is a bargain for what you get."

The property is still under construction, so do expect some building noises during the daytime, but the accommodations were more than ample. The internet is a little slow, out in the boonies, but the TV works fine and the people on-site were very kind and accommodating."

"Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained."
