"Fantastic location, lovely hotel and outstanding staff at reception who couldn’t do enough to make our stay at the hotel a great experience. Staff were happy, kind, knowledgeable and happy to help with restaurant recommendations and travel options e.g. when we wanted to visit Venice for the day. The staff at breakfast were also great.
