Love it!
We have stayed here at least five times and it is great. The house is really nice, well stocked for cooking, beautiful views of the sound, and walking distance to everything in Lopez Village. Judi and Brian are very nice and helpful. Lopez island is very peaceful and chill. Great place to spend quality time with friends and family! Highly recommend!

Perfect little beach house
We loved this house! It was way bigger in person than we originally thought, it was super clean, it was fully loaded with kitchen stuff and the view from the back porch and back windows made it worth every penny! We loved the island and everything about our stay! We will definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay in the village
Wonderful beach house right in Lopez village and Judi is an excellent host. Sit on the large deck and watch the boats go by. The house is meticulously tidy, the beds are all comfortable, and the compact but functional kitchen has modern appliances and is well-stocked.

AMAZING house on Lopez!
I wish I could give this house more than five stars! To start with, the location can’t be beat. It is right on the water and a minute or less walk into Lopez Village where all the shops, restaurants, and grocery store are. It’s on a quiet dead-end road and extremely private and quiet. The house is even better in person than the pictures look. The lawn is perfectly manicured and the house is meticulously maintained. The ceilings are all vaulted which makes the house super spacious. The house is very tastefully decorated and the bedding and towels are top-notch. The owners have thought about every possible thing you could need while staying there and has the house fully stocked with these things. This house has its own private beach, and the owners have provided chairs, firewood, and everything you need to get a fire started as well as sticks to roast s’mores. The sunrises and sunsets from the huge patio are breathtaking. There were so many places we wanted to go and things we wanted to see on Lopez Island but we really didn’t want to leave the house as it was such an amazing place. We loved sitting out on the back patio and watching the boats come in and out of the bay, the seals swimming in the water, and the eagles soaring overhead. The hosts, Judi and Brian live right next door and totally gave us privacy, but were always there if we needed anything (which we didn’t because they had everything so well stocked and maintained). I would DEFINITELY stay in this house again.

Really terrific location, right downtown within walking distance to everything (no car needed), house has wide open views and was clean/spacious. Overall, really exceptional home to stay at for weekend!

Perfection!
The house is absolutely perfect. My family and I have stayed there multiple times and will return as often as we can. It’s warm and inviting with elegant amenities. This visit was for business and the folks who joined me for meetings didn’t want to leave. The home is large enough for an entire family and cozy enough for just one person.

Amazing stay!
We absolutely loved the house - plenty of room for all of us including all the "stuff" you need when traveling with an infant. My only regret is due to the wedding we were there for, didn't get to spend as much time at the house enjoying the view but going to try and plan a trip next year though. Judi and Brian were amazing with their communication and very welcoming when we arrived.

House and location is amazing for gazing at the water, boats and sunsets. House is clean and close to the village which was fun to wander. Judy went out of her way to ensure our trip back and forth to the marina (15 min walk) was made easier;)

Great beach house right in the village
The house was clean, well-maintained, at a stunning location on the beach to watch sunsets, sea life, and local marine traffic close up. Also just steps away from all of the services of Lopez Village. Perfect for 3 couples, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is on the small side but efficient.

WOW! So beautiful and Serene
This place is a gem on a quiet, friendly beautiful island. Gorgeous views out every window, right on the beach. Everything you need including very comfortable beds. Loved being right near town so we could walk to everything. You're right at the mouth of Fisherman's Bay so you get to watch the boats going in and out and also, out in the distance the ferries on the ship channel. Giant deck with lots of very comfortable deck furniture. Judi the owner was super responsive and accommodating. I really hope to go back again someday!

A great place to visit on a cold winter day
Lopez Island is very calm in the winter. We enjoyed the view over the water and a beautiful walk along the bluff at Iceberg Point. Most of the restaurants and shops were closed but the grocery store is a short walk away and the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook for ourselves.

A serene, fun space to renew, refresh and enjoy!
This was a perfect get away— completely lovely from gracious hosts to a fully equipped kitchen and a “knock your socks off” view! Do yourself a favor. Stay there. We did and we are so, so happy that we did.

We had a great stay here and can't wait to come back! It was very clean, relaxing, great cooking items in the kitchen and an amazing view! Beautiful home in a perfect location.
Great visit, home located near only commercial area on the island. Having all the amenities close was convenient and the privacy of the waterfront home made it a special stay. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting an island getaway. Spencer Spit and Shark Reef were two nice excursions we went on. Make sure to try the fudge from the fudge shop it's excellent.

This Home, in every possible way, and detail, had loving attention poured into every aspect of what you would want and need; comfort in a big way, with all the extras you could hope to Use. What ever we needed it was all ready and waiting within this well appointed and supplied home . The deck overlooking the sea and islands, expansive with a up front full view of it all . A Perfect Getaway
I can’t say enough about our experience in this home. It was the perfect place for 6 friends to gather, walk to town, use as a base for bike riding, and everything else. This place is magic for our family. The kids bike up and down the street. We enjoy pastries and ice cream from the village. And, we paddle board over to the beach across the way. Each day is heaven and Brian and Judi have made a great home available to all.

Wonderful vacation
The photos do not do the house and views justice. What a beautiful place to stay and relax with family. The house has everything you’ll need. And if you forgot anything the little village is a close walk. Judi and her husband were so kind to welcome us and were amazing hosts. Our daughter enjoyed looking for crabs on the beach and watching seals play in the water. I hope we can come back and visit soon!

Amazing property in amazing location!
My parents and my boyfriend spent several days in this property and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The owners live next door and are very attentive and hospitable! They lent my mom blankets while she hung out at the water's edge, which I thought was incredibly sweet. The property itself is gorgeous and literally has everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

Dreamy Island Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay on Lopez Island at the village cottage. It was glorious. We rented bikes and rode around to the Spit. As we were sitting out reading and watching the harbor seal show off in the water, an Eagle flew right in front of us! The timing of our visit was during the quiet season and that is just what we were looking for. Thank you J & B & son for a lovely stay. The house was impecible. The local coffee was fabulous. And the smoked salmon is cherished back in the desert. We'll be back again!
