"Great room and absolutely beautiful food we loved the spa room and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the cinema. The room was very clean and there was good game rooms and the view outside was to die for. The only bad thing was that you had to carry your skis around 350 meters before you could get to the skiing spot. "The room was not clean someone had used the bathroom prior to my arrival and pissed all over the toilet seat. The do not disturb sign was ignored and 100 euro was taken while i was out. The door to the room would only close after shutting the door hard when i arrived to my room.for the first time the door was open. The room was littered with bugs. "
