Absolutely gorgeous hotel in the heart of vibrant, bustling Chinatown. We love that an old building with a lot of history was given new life as a luxury hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful. The King Suite was divine. The Red Rose restaurant on the ground floor had delicious food and a long list of cocktails, although a bit expensive compared to other places in Bangkok. They had live musical performances there every night. The entire interior was a feast for the eyes. We especially loved the traditional stringed instrument performance with tea time on Friday.

This is one of the best hotels. The location, the helpful staff, the cleanliness and the free amenities made my stay even better. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

A good hotel, let down by their Floodlit rooms
"The room was good and clean, everything worked. However, we were put on the top floor- they keep the floodlights outside on all night- the curtains don’t keep this light out. We complained many times but they would not turn the lights out. If you book here, stay a couple of floors down otherwise ..."
