Search Farmstay in Loomis

"The stay was ok, it wasn’t great. I had paid for one queen or one king bed. Instead the hotel gave us two queen beds. A king bed was available, in which we wanted. I had payed a higher rate to least get a better bed previously. Instead we got a lower rate room with two queen beds. The hotel clerk said no king bed was available, but there were king beds available. I went on their website and a room with a king size bed was available the same day we were staying. The hotel was not honest with us and could have done better. "

"Staff is very excellent, in my opinion the room wasn’t up to La Quinta standards. My room had outlets missing, the shower handle kept falling off and the body wash soap dispenser for the shower was broken. Bottom of the shower had black stuff along the bottom, and shower head wasn’t very strong. "

"Super clean rooms. Awesome breakfast. Loved the breakfast staff. "

"No the internet wasn't fast and it was hard to connect Honestly there's terrible customer service. I asked for extra blankets and was told that the laundry was closed. I had to plead with them to get a extra blanket. When I asked for my room to be serviced I was told that I needed to ask as early as 11am if I wanted service but that they'd make an exception this time. I was told that I was getting a newly remodeled room. The room had stuff broken inside and burn marks on the window blinds. When they came to service the room they didn't want to dump the trash and put a new bag in the waste baskets, they tried to hand me the trash bags to change the waste baskets myself. I told them that I was having problems connecting my computer to the internet, and they wanted me to bring my computer to the front desk. Then they sent maintenance by the next day to ask about my television. Thumbs down"

"Check in was easy. Rooms were dated and the beds were not comfortable. Our room was on the side were the freeway was so it was loud."
