The bed in the room was uncomfortable. It had a mattress that only had a fitted sheet over it. When the sheet shifted, it revealed a soiled, spring mattress. The room was supposed to be handicapped friendly but the shower did not have the detachable shower head..Thepool and hot tub were also unclean

The main draw for us is the in-room spa and pool for my 9-year old autistic grandson. Water is a therapy for him. Room, bed, and spa were fine. Pool was frigid cold and two windows only had bars, no glass, so the 30 degree cold made the room frigid cold as well. We were told the pool heater went out, but it’s been cold the last several times we’ve been there, so idk what the problem is. Most of the fitness room machines were out of order as well. I don’t think we’ll be going back.

I am a disabled military veteran. I went to get in the hot tub it was broke. drunk guest all over the place. My wife and i didnt even stay there.

Lots of things not working. Only 1 elevator, most the jets in the hot tub not working. Soap and tissues ran out, couldn’t find menu on tv remote, limited tv channels.

the only real complaint was that all of the electrical outlets were loose from the walls and the electrical outlet on the night stand was worn out and the plug ins were loose

The air conditioner in the room would not cool sufficiently. The temp outside was in the mid 80's but the air conditioner would not go below 78 so it was really warm in the room.. I spoke to the front desk but no other rooms were available. I went as far as to ask for another Hampton Inn but it was also booked. I also ask if the could get me in a room in another city but they told me that I would be charged.

The faucet in the sink needed new Airiator as it splashed all over the sink when trying to brush my teeth. The shower head needed cleaning as not all holes were working. No water in the room! Other than that was nice.

I live in the town that I chose to get the hotel in. They charged me 125$ in incidentals because I was from the town. Sounds weird to me but, she made it clear that that was the rules!

So impressed with how the hotel handled losing power following a terrible storm. Great room for a great price. No power next day but they still obtained a breakfast to provide. Great service. Apologized for outage numerous times even though it was well out of their control. Longview is a great area to stay in, tons of food and shopping within 5 minute radius.

The good was the staff. The bad was the bathroom sink barely drained, one bar of soap, one coffee pod, only 2 towels, tv remote barely worked, and the milk for breakfast came out lumpy. Expected more for the cost of the room. We usually stay at Hampton Inns when we travel, but this one may cause us to consider others moving forward.

The property looks good from the outside… but it is clearly unkept. The hot tub/jacuzzi was not working and had wires showing from the wall. My room was damp and smelled musty. LOTS of things were broken in the room as if we were in a cheap motel. So we went across the street!
