"Very poor. I will not recommend this hotel. Book it at your peril. You have been warned. There is a difference between the management of the accommodate (focal point) and the hotel side (Guest 365). Focal point can't help you because they don't you. Guest 365 is not on site, no one to help you. To get my key, I had to call Guest365, no code was given by email, very disorganised. "This property is tucked away in the rolling hills of north Cork and just a short drive to Blarney. We had an absolute wonderful stay here. The house is in tip top condition as is the exterior. Mariza the owner, was Johhny on the spot with any questions we had and even helped us with local contacts and directions.We will definitely stay here again!!5 stars!!!"
