2/10 Terrible

"Found roaches as soon as we walked into the room. Had the neighbors drunk, yelling and knocking on our door. Also the beach was blocked off and we couldn't enjoy beach access unless we walked quarter to a half mile down. Was also charged a higher amount by Expedia then had to pay extra on top of what I overpaid when I checked out. Definitely will choose elsewhere next trip."

"The lobby looks amazing and then you get to the room….one of the dresser drawers was broken and almost fell out, the light switches in the bedroom didn’t control anything, the cabinet door in the bathroom was broken, the water temperature was ridiculous in the shower, and I had asked for a white noise machine at check in and that as a long story of how I ended up getting one but not until the next night after a few texts and complaints where I was supposed to go pick one up and the girl had no idea what I was talking about and wanted us to stand there and wait for her to call her manager and I said to just send it up when she found it. Also, for the price they are charging not only should the rooms be in better condition, but they should have smart TVs not crappy ones that don’t even have the correct tv guide channel. I will definitely not be back."

"One of the worst stays i have ever had anywhere. The receptionist was rude and had no idea what she was doing. She tried to tell me that I had a balance due at checkin after I paid in full at booking. She even had the confirmation printed off showing paid in full. She then said she was just going to charge my card on file. The reservation was for 2 rooms and she tried to just give me one room. Once we got to our room, it was a pig pen. Looks absolutely nothing like the online pictures. My room was dark, gloomy with nasty sticky carpet that looks like it was out of an 80s horror film. There were holes in the carpet, roaches on the bed, the deadbolt on the doors did not work. The bed was harder than concrete. We asked to swap rooms and was told no. I asked to cancel one room and get a refund and was told no. That we could ask the next day, but dont expect it to be approved. I never once saw a cleaner anywhere. The whole place had a nasty smell. The elevators were filthy, trash overflowing in the hallways. No towels anywhere to be found in the pool area. The lady at the pool that was braiding hair tried to scam my friend and double charge her. I seriously can not say how bad this experience was. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away."

"Property offered a lot for the family. There is a beach entrance advertised; however, it was unavailable during my stay due to maintenance and we were not informed about it prior to/or at my check-in a few days ago. To include, the maintenance being done on the beach (water line replacement) the trucks worked through the night and kept waking my family up. Otherwise, the beach front property was nice and has a ton of potential for a week there is no maintenance."
