"House is beautiful. Our pontoon boat fit in the slip perfectly. The life jackets and swim towels were a great touch. Cookie sheets in kitchen would be a great addition. Patio grill had to be scrubbed to be used but was very nice size. The floating mats were a great addition but both were ripped at the end of the swim season. Paddleboard and a couple of kayaks would be great addition. The garage with pool table, fooz ball and corn hole was a plus for our family. Layout of the house was fantastic. Location was excellent. Views and the shady yard with pecan trees and floating dock were wonderful. We loved sitting out on the floating deck and the coveted patio. Double ovens and washer and dryer were great. Staff were very responsive and helpful! Everyone loved it. "

"This home was perfect for family. The home was located on the Colorado arm of the lake and provided a great dock with a lift that kept our boat from being banged around on a busy holiday weekend. The dock was also a perfect place for the kids to jump from, swim and fish. The giant pecan tree kept the whole yard & dock shaded, so no sunburns. The 5 grandchildren loved the kids room and the other rooms were comfortable enough for adults. For 9 people, we needed the 3 bathrooms too. The kitchen needed some organizing but we eventually found what we needed. We will not hesitate renting this home again. "

"The perfect spot for our family to gather - half of us drive in from San Antonio and the other half from Austin. It’s got everything we need with the bunkhouse, container, and bedrooms on the house. We love the kitchen’s wide open space to let all our cooks get in to work and the dining room is perfect for game nights! the veranda and pool are the spot for relaxing and stargazing. The dock is just right for our boat day. It’s a perfect slice of Heaven in the center of Texas!"
