Gorgeous beach and the room is right on the beach. Great patio area with grill.. And there are rabbits that hop around outside your back. Door it was the cutest thing ever! Love this place we'll be back!

The perfect location!

Annette's place is lovely and you couldn't ask for a closer beach location - right out the door! While there is still some hurricane damage to the landscaping, it just brought the beach even closer to the unit! There were always beach chairs and umbrellas available and the beach was not at all crowded. The unit was well equipped wiwith everything we needed and the Publix is one easy mile down the road for shopping. Great stay, we will come again!TBeachumbrella

Awesome Beach Time

If you enjoy the beach and don't need a lot of space this place is for you. We enjoyed 4 days on Longboat Key with it's many amenities and especially the fine white sand beach. The condo was well equipped and just what we needed to relax. Thank you to Annette for being a great host.

What a wonderful and Cozy place . Wake up with the song of the ocean and open the door with beautiful rabbits looking at you waiting for breakfast . What a surprise ! I could expect turtles🐢, birds but rabbis it was definitely a plus. I cannot wait to Come back

Long Boat Key Weekend

First trip to AMI/Long Boat Key. Beautiful condo, less than 150-200’ from beachfront. Room was exactly as described and was perfect for myself and two daughters. The check in process was extremely easy, and communication with property owner was very clear and timely. I would definitely stay at this property over and over again. Note: beach chairs were provided on first come/first serve basis. A few community beach umbrellas were available also.

Place was clean and excellent location but not quite as depicted from on line picture. Could not see water from patio chairs - had to stand on toes to see because large amounts of bushes obstructed view. Grill was right next to our room so people were walking in front of our room to use it and the entry way was in a dark hidden corner right next to community bathroom and community laundry. Would have been nicer to be on 2nd floor to see the ocean and have more privacy.
