The Sea Grape Inn is a boutique-style resort complex, located beachside, on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, on Longboat Key. A perfect beach getaway!

Situated in this idyllic resort comprised of eight units, unit 7 features exceptional views of the ocean and pool. Feel the warm breeze flow in from your screened lanai while enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon cocktail or good book!

The spacious open floor plan provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy the flat screen TV while lounging on the new very comfortable furniture in the living area (including a sofa sleeper). A fully equipped kitchen and dining room enhances your dining experience. Retire to the primary bedroom with an inviting comfortable king size bed, ample closet space, flat screen TV and recently remodeled bath. The second bedroom suite has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and recently remodeled bath as well.

The extremely private, quiet and serene atmosphere of this lovely condo is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the spectacular Gulf sunsets and create new memories

Casual elegance defines the spacious living area with its adjoining lanai and is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets!
The Following *Required Fees are included in the total cost.
*Required $150 Departure Cleaning Fee.

*Required Conservation Fee of $10 per night will be charged due to Longboat Key Ordinances to protect Turtles.

*Required Damage/liability insurance fee $70 is mandatory and will cover any damages or missing items in the guest rental unit or property, as needed. This damage/liability enables The Sea Grape Inn to rent to guests without requiring a refundable damage deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
~Cancel 91 days or more prior to arrival date, guest will receive a full refund less a $250 admin fee.

~Cancel 31-90 days prior to arrival receive full reservation credit for a future booking valid for 1 year (less any booking fees). Original reservation pricing is not guaranteed. Guest will be required to pay the difference if there is a price increase for new booking dates.

~Cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, or a No-Show; No Refund Or Booking Credit will be provided.

Best vacation ever!!

This was the best vacation we have been on. The condo was very clean as was the whole resort. Wanda has very helpful and a great resource when trying to find restaurants and activities. The beach was fantastic and it was like having a private beach all to ourselves. We will definitely be going back......very soon!!

The unit was clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed inside. Property has a heated pool and is on the beach, where you have long chairs available. Manager is friendly and helpful. Excellent experience.

Loved Sea Grape Inn

We were looking for a nice quiet, clean place to enjoy a few days relaxing in the sun and found it at Sea Grape Inn. We spent most of our time on the beach where umbrellas and chairs were provided. Wanda could not have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Price was reasonable for high season. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!!!

This place was amazing!! The complex was quiet and relaxing. The condo itself was pristine, roomy, and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for more with the pool area and the private beach. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway- I could not recommend this place more. We will be going back!

Wonderful Long Boat Key Getaway!

Our Condo was very clean and perfect for the four of us for a weekly get away from the cold. The communication from Wanda was wonderful during all stages. Steps to the beach or pool, your choice. Outside of building could use a bit of updating, but all other aspects were fabulous. We would not hesitate coming back for another stay!

Hidden paradise

These were our first vacations in Longboard Key, we were three people, my son, my mother and I had a great time, the best of all we have had, it was a wonderful experience, the sea is beautiful, the place we enjoyed it a lot, that unique tranquility does not exist in Miami where we have lived for years. I just want to highlight something when we made our entrance, the door of the apartment was open and then the pin did not work until we could see Wanda on Monday ... Everything was resolved early Monday thanks to Wanda, the Manager, excellent communication and treatment with us, thank you very much for everything, I still give it the highest rating. Soon we are back.

Beautiful Location

We loved our condo! Perfect size for our family of 4. Bed in Master was large and comfy. Bathrooms were a tight squeeze, but fine for vacation. Our name by the door was such a nice, sweet touch- we loved it! The beach was gorgeous and never crowded. The pool was nicer than expected; smallish, but never crowded and super clean. The laundry area was perfect (we didn't use it, but would have if needed). Was grateful for all the pillows- we use a lot! We vacation regularly and my suggestions for this property would be: - Oil doors. Several were squeaky and that was bothersome when sleeping. - Kitchen cupboards were overstocked. Remove duplicates and excess to make it easier for guests to find what they need. Provide a couple of plastic/unbreakable cups for kids. - Provide beach towels. - Provide shampoo & conditioner. Every home we've rented in the past has had these items so we didn't bring them and had to go to the store to buy them.

Expected a bit more for the price

This was a great place to stay for total relaxation which is what we went for. However, the accommodations could have been a bit ritzier for the price. The shower in the main bath was very dated, like shower head from the 1970's for sure. Also, it was a surround instead of tile. But the rest of the bathroom was updated, very nice. The shower in the 2nd bath was newer, but just a shower which was fine. The rest of the bathroom was also updated. The toilet paper was like tissue paper, no Kleenex anywhere in the unit, but ample amount of bath towels. No beach towels provided which we thought was odd, although they did have them for sale at the office, so I guess $15 for a souvenir was fine. The master bed was good but the 2nd bedroom's beds were ultra comfy. The kitchen had a lot of pots, pans, and utensils, but don't think you're getting any baggies, aluminum foil, or any of those kinds of things. Loved the fact that the beach was private and the chairs and tables, the grill, even a little bench for sunset viewing was nice. All in all was great place to stay but don't be fooled by the advertised price, after $140 in additional taxes and a "housekeeping fee" of $100 (which I've never had with other VRBOs I've rented) it was $500/night which we feel was kind of high for what we got. We stayed in unit #7.

We enjoyed a girls weekend with the beach and the pool, all very convenient, and even a few restaurants walking distance away then St Armand's Circle a short drive away for dinner. Sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms, perfect for 4 women to take a break from adulting

Tranquility at Longboat Key

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Sea Grape Inn, our second stay in one of the comfortable condos near the beach. The property had everything we needed, from a fully furnished kitchen to lounge chairs and umbrellas. Wanda, the property manager, is a gem, if you find yourself in need of anything. We will definitely return!

Great communication and process for arrival/check-in from the manager. Nice small group of units at this complex, makes both pool and beach very uncrowded. Decent beach chairs and umbrellas included. Clean was a bit poor at or check-in, guessing rushed from turning condo over. Kitchen and one bathroom pretty dirty. This unit is a bit dated in decor and furnishings but overall a decent value. Would consider staying again.

We loved staying at the sea grape inn!! We had an extended girls weekend and this checked all the boxes! The location was just perfect, easy to get places but away from the hustle and bustle. The beach was never busy or over crowded. Wanda was great to work with and had excellent restaurant recommendations. We tried them all (tide table, dry dock, lazy lobster, beach house), and were not disappointed. The pool was the perfect temperature. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The king bed was quite firm and the twin beds quite soft. The head boards on the twin beds are not attached so just be aware of that. The only negative worth mentioning was that the toilets are very close to the wall and the one in the room with the twin beds is crooked. This does make for a challenge! Also the lock is hard to get the key in and to turn.

Great quickie staycation!!

We decided somewhat last minute to take a trip to the coast and saw that this place only had a 1 night minimum stay which was perfect for our impromptu trip. We stayed in unit #7 which has a view of the pool and beach. Wanda was very gracious and allowed us to enjoy the beach/parking while we waited for check-in. When we checked in, they actually had a little sign with our last name on it by the door which I thought was a nice touch. The unit comes with a shady parking spot. The unit itself was very clean and spacious for just the two of us; one king bed and the second room has two twin beds. The screened in lanai with the view is lovely. We had read previous reviews, so we brought our own beach towels and shampoo/conditioner, though there were actually 2 beach towels when we got there (which was nice to know that they take reviews into consideration :). All in all we had a wonderful one night stay and definitely will be back; they also offer 5% off for repeat guests.
