Beachplace offers a 24-hour manned guard gate, heated swimming pool & spa, tennis courts, dedicated pickle ball courts, fitness center, clubhouse, on-site management, and miles of pristine beach to relax, enjoy and explore. Conveniently located on the south end of Longboat Key just minutes from the fine dining and shopping on St. Armand's Circle and a short drive over the bridge to the cultural hub of downtown Sarasota. This residence comes with one outdoor parking space located on the north side of the building. The living room has tinted full size slider doors, but no blinds. Master bedroom has remote controlled blinds.
The condo has HDTV and wireless internet in every room.
