Beach Bungalow: Best Canal, Dock, Beach, Pool, Pet Friendly. Renovated in 2025
- This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom house underwent a total renovation in 2025, it's brand new. Located on one of the best canals on Longboat Key with quick access to a semi-private beach and Longboat Pass for gulf fishing or cruising within minutes. Longboat Pass is also home to one of the best sand shoals on the west coast to beach up to and hang out all day.
The property has a large heated pool and a new, large dock with space for a 23' foot boat. There is a floating dock which is fantastic for launching and storing kayaks or paddle boards during your stay. To adult bicycles, helmets and locks are provided for guests to use. The beautiful, white sand, semi-private beach is within a 5 minute walk down the street. Bring your boat and enjoy a fantastic time in the sun by the pool, at the beach or on your boat. Other easy boating options include hiring Captain Jim, the neighbor in the house to the left, for sunset cruises or day cruises and renting from nearby Cannon's Marina.
