LaPlaya 206C-Gorgeous vistas of the Gulf!

  • Beachfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath townhouse located directly on the Gulf in the center of Longboat Key, just minutes north of Sarasota.
    LaPlaya Condominiums is directly on the beach and offers a beachfront pool with sundeck and grills—perfect for enjoying sunsets. Beach chaise lounges are available for guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
    The unit features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and direct Gulf views from the living and dining areas. Sliding doors lead to a private lanai with stairs providing direct access to the beach.
    One bedroom is located on the main living level. Two additional bedrooms are on the third floor and share a bathroom. The upper-level primary bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows and a private sundeck with panoramic Gulf views—ideal for sunset and dolphin watching.
    All linens and beach towels are provided.
    Please note: no elevator.
