"Beautiful Adirondack lodge property. From the rooms to the public spaces and amenities all are kept in great shape and very clean. The room was great with a very well stocked kitchen, fireplace and great outdoor patio space looking at the lean to's and well kept garden center courtyard. The bathroom floor is heated, feels great getting out of the tub/shower. The towels were over the top big and fresh. Furnishings in the rooms were very comfortable, great bed, plenty of pillows. Breakfast in Kanu was outstanding. The Dining Room is a beautifully constructed Adirondack room with an outside patio that has a great view of Whiteface Mountain. Fitness center was well equipped. Loved the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. This is the best Hotel/Lodge in the Adirondacks. A must stay anytime of year."

"We stayed in a King room with a view of the lake. The room was spacious. There was a Keurig coffee maker and ceramic coffee mugs. There were glasses made with glass in the bathroom not plastic. The bathroom also was generously stocked with bath towels and robes. Sharmane was at the front desk and was very helpful in checking us in a bit early and provided excellent information. the swimming pool and exercise room both were well stocked with extra towels."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. We stayed in a Lushna Petite. It was just right for the 2 of us. Love the simple elegance and comfort. No screens and basic amenities that were well done, like the single serve pour over coffee and small fridge. Very clean. One thing to note is that the curtain on the large window was perhaps a tad bit small, there were cracks that if someone was creepy, they could peek inside. But we loved all the natural light and overall coziness of the room. Very well done, I can’t wait to stay again."

"Hotel is under construction so most of the stairwells and elevators are closed resulting in a very long walk to our room. The one working elevator got stuck twice during our stay which was unpleasant and stressful. The hotel doesn’t begin serving breakfast or their complimentary coffee until 7am, which was after we needed to leave for our event. They do have coffee pods and powdered non-dairy creamer in the room though. The staff were pleasant during check in."

"The place was a zoo. Kids fighting and screaming in the pool to a point of being unsafe. Staff said there was nothing they could do. Room smelled like cigarettes."

"This place was amazing! I enjoyed our weekend Valentine’s Day stay! I wish we were told this was an ADA unit but it was cozy and relaxing! I’d definitely stay here again but in a regular unit."
