"The actual Oceanami resort is a completely difference experience than what's portrayed on Orbitz and the resort's website. During our December 2017 stay, about half of the property was under construction, including villas, beach club (which is part of the property name), 3 of 5 restaurants, spa, and areas next to the pool (the swim-up bar). "I was very impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Excellent service and a cool drink during check in. A clean spacious room as well as a large gym which I utilised. Excellent food and a great variety in the breakfast buffet. Very healthy. It was a last minute decision to go to Vung Tau, but I will be definitely going back to the Imperial and taking my family.
