"I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a misleading listing on Expedia. The property was advertised as a 3-bedroom apartment. However, upon arrival, it became clear that the unit was originally a 2-bedroom layout, with the master bedroom divided into two smaller rooms. One of these rooms has no window and no air conditioning, making it unsuitable as a proper bedroom. This critical detail was not disclosed in the listing. "The property was exactly as described. Host was very responsive. Will come back on our next visit."
