Excellent stay in the city, walkable, great location. Wonderful staff, personable and helpful. Great rooms, spacious and clean.

We arrived tired and a little dazed — the doorman rushed to our GRAB, opened doors, took out our luggage and paid the driver cash bc we had not yet linked the GRAB app to our credit card. Such a wonderful welcoming!! He let us into the cheery clean hotel lobby, where we happily guzzled the welcoming fruity drinks, changed into our swim suits and hung out at the tiny rooftop pool while we waited for our room. Food and drink were readily available at the shaded bar and “afternoon tea” was another welcomed respite from the busy city. It’s not a spectacular feast - not English at all but a pleasant treat. The breakfast buffet is wonderfully presented and offers many flavours- mostly Asian style foods so my teen daughter found it tricky. I loved our room with the outdoor shower! I enjoyed taking the outdoor staircase instead of the small elevator. Location was perfect for us. I do recommend this hotel.
