Come Stay at Our Beautiful Beach Townhome! The Location is Ideal and You Won't Be Disappointed! Clam Digging, Beachcombing, Boardwalk,Putt-Putt golf, Theater and Downtown are all just steps away! Our Townhome is a Beautiful, 3 Bedroom, 2-1/2 Bath Townhouse. We provide satellite TV and Wi-Fi with Netflix. It Features a Large Open Kitchen/dining/living Area With a Wide, Unobstructed View of the Ocean. Location can't be beat. It is a Short 5 Minute Walk to the Beach and Boardwalk and Also Just One Block From the Center of Downtown Long Beach and Its Shops, Bakery and Restaurants. The Ground Floor Has a Deep, 2 Car Garage, Washer/dryer, Ping-pong Table and Foosball Table. Large Gas Grill Also For Your Use. On the Second Floor There Are 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The Third Floor is the Main Living/Kitchen/Dining Area With Another 1/2 Bath.
The Wide, Unobstructed Ocean View from the Main Living Room is Beautiful. There is a Deck Off the Living Room and You Can Sit Outside and watch the kites or fishing boats, then watch the Beautiful Sun Set Over the Ocean. The Home is Furnished for Comfort With a Large, Comfy Sectional Sofa That Has a Pull Out Full Bed, Big Comfortable Chairs, As Well As a new 70" SMART TV and Blue-ray DVD Player.
The Large Kitchen Is, Clean, Fully Stocked, Including a Keurig coffee maker, All New Small Appliances As Well As Cooking and Baking Ware and Utensils. There is a Dining Room Table That Seats 10 and an Island Bar for Additional Seating.
There is a Very Comfortable King-sized Bed in the Master Bedroom With an On-Suite Full Bathroom. You Can See the Ocean from This Room As Well. The Second Bedroom is Furnished With a Comfy Queen Bed With a Bathroom Right Next Door. The Queen Bedroom Has a 50" TV. The Master Bedroom TV is a 32 ", Wall Mounted And Fully Adjustable. The Third Bedroom Sleeps Three With Full/Twin Bunk Beds. The Large Sectional Couch Upstairs Also Has a Full-sized Fold-out Bed.
This Townhouse also Has a Small, Private Patio Off the Garage.
There are Smoke Alarms in Each Room as Well as CO Detectors and Fire Extinguishers On Each Floor.

Fantastic property, located within walking distance of everything. Unlike other places we have stayed, this property has an abundance of all of the supplies one would need to stay a week. We have stayed at many properties, and this bar none was the best one we have stayed at. I would reccomend this property to anyone!

The location is fantastic with a great view of the ocean. It is also very walkable with mini golf and restaurants just across the street. The home is well appointed and is a great place for family and friends to get together

Family reunion

We all loved our stay. Location is amazing. Sat on porch and watched the kites fly! So much fun. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy and the communication with hosts was excellent. Can't wait to come back next year.

Beach Condo

This condo is in the perfect location. Everything is just a short walk away; the beach, the boardwalk, and town. It is very clean and relaxing. We always enjoy our trips to Long Beach and this condo makes it perfect!

We visited Long Beach for a family reunion and really enjoyed our stay at the Sandcastle Vacation Home. Great location, large family room and a wonderful host. All communications were prompt and helpful. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at the property and highly recommend it.

July Getaway

This well-appointed condo was exactly what we had hoped for with proximity to beach, trails, town and fabulous view exactly as listed. The three bedrooms were adequate for our group and beds were good with the exception of the king bed which is high down the center making it somewhat uncomfortable.

Beach fun!!

It was the first time in a few years that we were all able to get together as a family in the same house, we had a wonderful time, despite all the stairs :). The sunsets were amazing. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more, plenty of room to spread out. Thank you.

Amazing Beach House

Wonderful (and amazingly clean) house. Great location - you can see the ocean from the top floor and walk to the beach. The house has comfortable furniture and beds. The ping pong and fussball tables added to the fun. Owners were easy to reach and helpful (we couldn't figure out the DVD player). We have already booked our next visit. Would have been nice to have: a ladder to get to the top bunk, a mixing bowl or two, and a colander for draining pasta.

Great property and location

We come to Long Beach every year for a fishing trip and we now have a new favorite place to stay! This condo has all the amenities, is private, and in a great centralized location!! The house has everything we needed and plenty of room for us to spread out for afternoon quiet time. 😊 The owners were very gracious and alerted us to an issue with the coffee maker prior to our arrival so we could make the proper arrangements to purchase k-cups for the in-house Keurig. Highly recommend, beautiful views and a convenient location!

The condo was perfect for our fishing trip with friends! The location was just right, with easy walking access to both town and the beach. We also had a terrific view of the ocean. We cooked at the condo and found the kitchen to be well setup and convenient for our party of six. The beds and baths worked great and we all enjoyed ping pong in the garage! We would definitely return!

Location is everything!

This place is roomy and beautiful, all the appliances you could ever need in the kitchen. The location being so close to the beach access and all the shopping was fantastic!
