Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
• Dog bowls, toys and poop bags available.
Parking:
• There is room for two COMPACT vehicles. One in the garage, One in the driveway.
• 110v trickle charge outlet. Extension cord not provided.
• No parking or driving on rocks between driveways
• COMPACT VEHICLES ONLY, Do Not block the driveway
• Failure to comply will result in vehicles being towed at owner's expense
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
