The property was new, well laid out, and reasonably clean. The only minor downsides were that the floors were a bit noisy to walk on, and the bedrooms could benefit from better blackout curtains.

The property is brand new and has a fresh, modern feel. However, the TV was quite small, and there was only 1 oil heater supplied for all the bedrooms, even though heating was listed among the amenities. A larger TV and heaters for all the bedrooms would have made our stay more comfortable when the night time temperatures dropped to 10 deg.
