Boho Beach House is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation.This lovely original property has a warm and welcoming feel about it, With a fantastic deck offering 180 degrees of filtered sea and Long Beach views, it has an easy pathway to the beach below.Featuring two double bedrooms upstairs and a gorgeous open lounge dining opening onto the deck, it also offers a further one double bedroom downstairs (via external stairs) together with kitchen, dining and living areas - perfect for the overflow of family and friends.

Bedroom Linen is included. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed).
Main bedroom: A Queen sized bed.
Bedroom two: a King bed which can be separated into 2 king single beds.
Bedroom 3: a Queen sized bed and Tri-Bunks - one double with a single bunk on top.

Bathrooms: There are three bathrooms 2 upstairs (one ensuite), and one downstairs with a shower and toilet.

In the laundry is a modern front-loading washing machine and dryer.

Outside: A lovely deck with beautiful views. A large yard and deck. A gas BBQ for your use. There is NBN Broadband Wifi available and non shedding pets are welcome.

This property is in the ideal location to do the stunning Murramarang Coastal walk, and close to the iconic food trucks which serve pizzas, kebabs and hamburgers on various nights.

Please Note ANY DOG Hair OR Waste Left Behind Will Incur Extra Cleaning Charges. Dogs ARE NOT TO BE ON Beds OR Furniture.

Can be better
The beds were comfortable. The house needs a really good clean as its dusty and there are cobwebs in it. The extra room downstairs is not attached to the bottom downstairs kitchen or the bottom downstairs toilet. They all have their own entries. Overall the kids had a good time.

Great place for a family. Lots of books, games equipment for a family holiday. We also loved being up in the canopy and being visited by a variety of birds.

Amazing views
The property had the most amazing views and from there if was only a short walk down the cliff side to the beach which was so nice to not have to get in the car. The property itself was very dusty on surfaces of bedside tables and window sills. Under the beds and lounges were very dusty also. In many other house stays we’ve have stayed in there has always been the basics such as ample toilet paper and things in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, oil etc but unfortunately we had to go out and buy all of these things when we got there. The layout of the house was perfect for our group with plenty of space for us all and a beautiful big table out on the deck to soak in the views. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay!
