"This was very central with very short walk to the ferry terminal -can get to St John or Virgin Gorda or evenAnegada. Staff was so accommodating and I left my credit cards in a taxi and the taxi drivrr and the staff here ensured I got them back. Road town is a busy place these years, if you are hooking up with any kind of sailng company this Village Cay locale is the place to stay. Amenities and infrastructure are more than adequate for a harsh climate, quite clean very much okay.pricing really decent for lodging compared to a lot of them. Good food, consistent quality. Took advantage of the convenience of leaving bags all day while we walked around in the heat. Not schlepping all our baggage Was a lifesaver. Excuse the punctuation Etc we are on island internet"

"My husband and I spent 4 nights at Cooten House for our 10yr anniversary, and it was our favorite trip we have had together. The house has stunning views, especially for sunrise and moonrise! We were lucky to catch an almost full moon! The hot tub was relaxing after a long day adventuring! Jeremy was so friendly and attentive! He gave us amazing recommendations too. The house has many fun details and had everything we needed. The mosquitos were a nuisance while we were on the Island, and the house even had bug spray for our use! AC in the bedroom was refreshing and the view from bed makes it almost hard to get moving. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us! "

"The "Top of the Hill" description of the property was spot-on! Absolutely stunning view! We were able to enjoy the view from the deck at the back of the property. Alfreda and her family were so kind and went out of their way to welcome us and assured that we made it down the "hill" without issue. "Everything about the property, the service, the communication, the villa, the views, the attention to detail, was PERFECTION!! The pictures on the website are great, but they do not do it justice. The views and the vibe are hard to describe with words. The place is heaven!! There were 6 of us, Mom, Dad, 2 adult kids and their significant others and we all felt the same, just a phenomenal experience. The villa exceeded our expectations, every bedroom had a balcony and an ocean view, as well as an air conditioner. The kitchen was fully equipped, we ate "in" a lot just because it was so hard to leave. The linens, towels, etc., where all super nice. Ben (owner) and his son Zebedee were super responsive. They helped with the transfers, rental car, chef, online groceries, etc. We also spent many days at the beach next to the villa (walking distance) & we had the entire beach to ourselves, it was amazing. We have stayed at other villas on Tortola and there is no way you can beat this place..........it's AMAZING!! "
