"Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The night we checked in, they had no parking spots available so we had to pay for parking at a public parking lot a few blocks away. Room was fine, met our needs while we stayed in San Antonio, location was great to the Riverwalk and Alamo. "

"As soon as you walked in the hotel, smell fresh, they had lemon water waiting for you fresh ( and I do mean fresh not sitting there for days) In the front desk, Agent was amazing and welcoming"

"The beds were SO uncomfortable! You couldn’t move or turn over without the entire bed shaking & we’re a thin family, so size has nothing to do with it. The AC vent rattled constantly so we had to stuff cardboard into it to keep it from making noise. The bathtub filled with water every time we showered. The room also only came with 3 lamps of which only 2 worked so lighting was bad at night. We also had an Alamo view window right over the Crockett Tavern… so between sidewalk goers & the music/patrons from the Crockett Tavern it was hard to get rest. Front desk staff member Eduardo was very nice at check in but he needs more help as it took almost 25 minutes for us to receive extra towels. The location was great but I’d rather spend more money for a better overall experience. Unfortunately we won’t be staying again. "

"We were there with a group, and they could not have been more accommodating. Super nice people! Very patient front desk. Wonderful breakfast staff and breakfast! We WILL stay again and highly recommend. "

"Basic room is not a “4 star” experience. Bathroom is tiny, low ceilings, hallways dirty, in room refrigerator broken. "

Then they charged my card $100 deposit then a whole day after my check out they charged my card $198 for a smoking fee after my check out which I had definitely did not smoke, I had my 3 children and elderly mother with me but told them my neighbors were and saw them and they hung up on mye TWICE! when I asked for my refund of 300. Do not stay at this place! They fraudulently charge your card for fees when they know their property is a piece of crap already SMELLY AND GHETTO. I WOULD LIKE ALL OF MY MONEY BACK AND TAKE THIS PROPERTY OF HOTELS.COM"
