"We decided on a last minute vacation and found this listing. The house looked really well taken care of in the photos. We were able to check in early which was nice especially when you have a one year old who didn’t nap the 3 hour car ride. When we arrived the house was very clean. There was 4 of us. Me, my wife, mom daughter and son. We were also able to take our 2 dogs. The location was perfect for all our plans we never had to drive far. Our five year old absolutely loved her stay and said she wanted to stay forever. We would definitely stay again whenever we decide to go back. This blew staying in a hotel with children out of the water. Thank you so much!"

"1. Hot water is a basic necessity expected and it was inconsistent at best. 2. I could not park my car in the secure driveway because the gate is broke. 3. The walk through gate remained unlocked because the host did not share provisions for us to secure it. My neice and I would have felt safer with the car inside the gate and the walk through gate being locked. Not having constant hot water was the worst. Waking up to having to take a cold shower leaves a lot to be desired. I would not stay here again. Compensation is expected. C. Gutierrez "

"The host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Amenities could use an upgrade which she stated she would be doing. Only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel, no washcloths for the bathroom. No dishcloths or kitchen towels. My Husband said the sofa needs to be repaired or replaced and there were only local tv stations. Overall, it filled our needs."
