"Lovely big room with beautiful views. We made use of the pool. Location was close to the centre but far enough out to have peace and quiet. Breakfast was disappointing and the member of staff clearly didn’t want to be there. This was a 1 night stop and we would stay again (just breakfast offsite)."

Brittany Motel

Brittany Motel

"Clean, neat as a pin, many amenities such as snack room with materials to make S'mores, tea, apples, chips, popcorn, Kind bars, etc. Very generous. Loved the window boxes and yard furniture, copying nook by snack room. Charming, homey, great deal through Expedia. Beautiful area."

Pointe at Castle Hill Resort

Pointe at Castle Hill Resort

10/10 Excellent
"I found this interesting "resort" by accident when I needed to spend time with my mom who was about 40 minutes away in the Lebanon/Hancock, NH area. Wished I'd had more time to spend at there! I would have brought a bathing suit, tried the hot tub, booked a massage at the Spa, and had another delicious meal at the restaurant in the historic building. The non-historic lodging part of the property seems more like a place families and couples might stay when they ski: very comfortable and casual, older (but not historic), not too fancy, allows dogs!! Staff was lovely! Nice, friendly, available for questions, and willing to make more coffee when I slept in and everyone else beat to me to it."

"My room had candy on side table and needed to have phone cleaned. Older property has character but needs attention in rooms. Don't pay for valet parking basically the same as self parking. Upon check out they handed me the keys to get car. I think it was overpriced for what you get. Manchester is a cute town. Nothing in the room to make coffee and had to buy water no refrigerators as well"
