"Be ready to pay for parking and not have your car on the property. Highly inconvenient if you need something out of your car. Rooms are not clean. It smelled like built up urine in the bathroom. Very unpleasant. Too much money for what it is. This is like a 150 a night type hotel."

"I am angry about the unexpected parking fee. This was not advertised and I resent it! Up the price and forget a surprise fee. I will never stay here again! I also did not appreciate having no coffee in the room. Breakfast was above average, room was clean and quiet."

Four Points by Sheraton Charleston
"The property has a nice view of the river. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The property did not have hot water for 24 hours while we were there. We had to take cold showers before going to a family event. Also, they have an indoor pool but it is not heated, or well maintained."
