Great flat, great location!

My wife and I and our 16-year old son stayed in this flat for six nights in November. The property is very clean, well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. The location is outstanding - right in the heart of central London. You can walk to numerous restaurants. The tube and shopping are close by as well. The flat is on the 4th floor of a 5 story building that has offices on the first two floors as well as a popular restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet but it's a short walk to Soho and Regent Street. The owner/manger (Sergio) was very responsive. We will absolutely stay here again if our travels bring us back to London.

Great Location

We spent 16 nights at this condo and enjoyed the neighborhood very much. Several excellent restaurants, numerous coffee shops and friendly people. This is the perfect location for walkability— we walked 16,000 steps our first day! Unfortunately, we ran into a few issues: No hot water three times. The boiler stopped working. Was fixed the first time by management and we fixed the next two. One toilet was inoperable for four days. Management accused us— not our fault whatsoever. Washer/Dryer stopped mid wash and an error message appeared. Management had to open the machine. There are no instructions included in the condo Weather was lovely, so we opened windows. Very noisy at night, until 1:00AM Should you stay, do try Merkati and Sergio’s (tell Kosta we said “hello”). Both terrific restaurants and right across the street. Hare and Bone is a great hair salon, nearby as well. Also, the condo is very safe and secure.

This two bedroom flat in fitzrovia is so central to everything an out of towner could want, every major tourist area, restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, Underground, parks.It’s well supplied with everything a traveller needs, I.e., shampoo, etc. A good choice.
