"The staff are brilliants. We next our bag early with the concierge to explore. The lobby and lifts are clean and modern. The views from the room of the bridge are brilliant. The shower is very dated but is powerful. It is very low however and was at eye level. Was a bit of mould in the corner."

"Lovely hotel, great staff but we were put by the lifts on 3rd floor so kept being disturbed through the night, the bar was full of rowdy football fans who were swearing and drunk and they woke us up shouting after midnight, and then again at 7am ( as we were by the lifts ).
