Clean room, friendly staff, The coffee maker was not working. Made a cup of coffee and it was full of grounds. Did mention it at checkout

Four Points by Sheraton London
Amazing staff. So friendly and made for a great stay. Food so-so in the restaurant. Lack of hot water in the morning. Room was very clean and the building is well maintained. Would absolutely stay again!

The Park Hotel London
The parking lot was spacious and easy to use. We did not eat breakfast so we cannot comment on the food quality. The only issue was we were awoken in the early morning hours with loud banging across the hall when another guest was locked out of his room. Otherwise the room was very spacious and comfortable ...
