"Upon arrival when booking in thought it might take a little bit because I’ve been too many hotel hotels during their check-in even with a reservation it takes a minute to check in, however the check-in was a breeze!! nevertheless hours later from checking in I went downstairs and asked the reception if I could get an extra trash bag because mine had a hole in it and I needed an extra towel. The reception explained to me that she didn’t have a key to the storage in housekeeping had left. I stressed to her how that wasn’t very impressive for hotel to not be able to access a room that has the extra linen, etc. specially if I had checked in during the night, however the AC was not working in the lobby at the time and the next day when the AC technician came out, I assume they had to turn the electricity off to work on the issue and the power was turned off with no notice to the guest that were staying. I think that is a big inconvenience and poor communication with the guest . Many inconvenience moments during my stay so all I can say it was an OK Stay.Would of hope it had been better, especially with the hotel being remodeled but wasn’t impressed and probably be hard to return back to that location."

"Checked in and immediately checked out. Lobby was clean and smelling well, but the rooms had a terrible strong musty smell. In spite of staff trying to accommodate me in a second room that one smelled even worst. In addition, the elevator was out of service. Unfortunately I had to cancel my stay, and go somewhere else."

"The room was still somewhat dirty. The floors needed to be cleaned, and there were bugs in the bathroom. They had the room so cold when we got there that it took most of the night to get it warm. I asked the desk clerk to charge a different card than the one used to reserve the room, but she didn't listen and charged the wrong card. And when we checked out, we were told they can't print a receipt. The only saving grace was that clerk working the second night gave me two bottles of water when I explained that it was out in the vending machine."

"Great place to stay. Very convenient to local activities and shopping. Our room had the curtain that draws across the room for added privacy. Our son slept on the pull-out couch. He is 6'2 and 180lbs and he said it was perfectly comfortable. Great kitchenette was a big bonus."
