Great B&B near the lake
Great bed and breakfast near the lake. A little lake view from the big room. Great hotel staff who also live there. All the food is home made and vegetables and fruits are organically grown in the back yard. Very comfortable room, very clean and tidy. Very nice break fast! Highly recommended.

Lovely place near to the lake
The place itself is very good, I would recommend it to anyone. There is only one drawback, that it is located next to a farm, whom are starting the day pretty early, and there is some cow smell in the air :)

Thanks, Endre, for your nice review. I want to underline only two things: The tractor starts his work around 7.30 (not so early, I think! Maybe you noticed it cause in the area there are no noises!). For the smell... it happens one time in a year, when they empty and completely clean the stable, (infact no one of other guests never said something about this...) you've been a little unlucky...

Best bed and breakfast ever !
This place is a must if you visit lake Garda . The owner are there every step. You will enjoy the traditional Italian bed and breakfast . Spotless clean and excellent service

Sehr sauberes und gut gepflegtes B&B. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Fotos auf der Homepage sagen eigentlich alles. Das Haus, wie auch das Zimmer, ist toll eingerichtet. Wir verbrachten eine Nacht dort, waren im Nachmittag am Pool, genossen einen Spaziergang am See (5 Min. entfernt) und haben auf der "gedeckten Dachterrasse" bei Wein, Käse und Salami die Aussicht genossen. Das Buffet für das Morgenessen war sehr liebevoll und lecker. Wir würden sofort wieder hingehen.

Mysig liten B&B
Mysigt litet b&b på utkanten. Inte så långt ifrån sjön. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam host. Var lite svårt att hitta stället först då det ser ut som en villa och är bredvid en bondgård. Men inget som störde. För lite variation på frukosten, mycket sötsaker. Gick till en början men inte efter en hel veckas vistelse. Skön balkong/terass på övervåningen med utsikt till sjön.

Hi Katalina, I'm sorry for your words, the good reception for me is to take an interest in my guests , and every day I asked how things were going , what you needed , if you needed suggestions on what to do and what to see: if you felt that you lacked something you had just to told me. I know that I treated you with respect and courtesy, even changing the sheets several times than necessary , just to make you feel clean and well arranged . Among other things I would like to emphasize that the b & b is not in the suburbs : it is 500 mt far from one of the most popular beaches of Lake Garda , close to the most popular pubs, such as the disco club coco beach . Maybe you were looking for other places , but you certainly can not say that my b & b is in the suburbs

Formidable surprise dans cet endroit magique
Ne vous fiez pas aux premières impressions en venant vous serez agréablement surpris en passant la porte. La patronne est aux petits soins pour vous et son objectif est de vous faire souvenir pour toujours de l'endroit et du moment que vous avez passé. Petit déjeuner parfait !!!! Literie super confortable calme absolu et jolie petite vue sur le lac. Je recommande vivement.

Tanta cordialità e simpatia. B&B piacevole, molto ben arredato immersi nella tranquillità ma a pochissimi minuti da Desenzano. Da ritornare sicuramente!!

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der netten Inhaberin empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer hatte ein schönes Bad mit Wellness-Dusche. Es gibt eine überdachte Gemeinschafts-Dachterrasse, auf der man z. B. abends ein Glas Wein genießen kann. Zum Frühstück gab es ein kleines Buffet mit Brot, Croissant, Kuchen, Obst, Müsli etc. Zum Kiesstrand sind es ca. 5 Gehminuten. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!
