Excellent location. Rooms were comfortable and clean with a large outdoor green space. The B&B is surrounded by a natural reserve, which is excellent for morning walks.

Buongiorno, considerando che non avete usufruito di alcun servizio della struttura (prima colazione, bar, escursioni, attività) e che l'unico momento in cui abbiamo avuto un contatto è stato al check-in ed al check-out dove ci siamo salutati con i complimenti e ringraziamenti, temiamo la valutazione sia un errore.Detto ciò ringraziamo ugualmente per il soggiorno, cordiali saluti. Tolle Unterkunft in einer sehr schönen Anlage mit super netten Gastgebern, Bruno und Stefania. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und unseren Urlaub genossen. Noch ein extra Dank an Stefania, das du uns beim Frühstücksbuffet jeden Wunsch erfüllen hast.

Waren 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind von 3,5 Jahren. Es hat angefangen in der ersten Nacht mit fremde Blutstropfen auf dem Kissen und Bettwäsche. Dann reicht die Klima im loft nur für den unteren Bereich aber oben war trotz Ventilator sehr heiss nachts. Frühstück war ok nichts besonderes. Lauft Internetbeschreibung war Pool vor Ort und Tiere wie Pferde und Esel usw. Vor Ort allerdings keine Tiere ( die waren 30-40 min Fußweg weg) und auch kein Pool vor Ort. Laut Angebot war der Eintritt im Aquapark kostenlos aber vor Ort hat der Hotelbesitzer 10€ pro Person pro Tag verlangt und auch für mein Sohn der erst ab 4 Jahren erst hätte bezahlen sollen … Pool und Tiere vor Ort war der Hauptgrund warum ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden habe. Wäre das richtig beschrieben worden dann hätte ich mich nie dafür entschieden. Eintritt für das Aquaparc reine abzocke da es eigentlich kostenlos war. Der Besitzer meinte nur das es ein Fehler wäre und fertig. Für zwei Tage Schwimmbad haben wir 3 Erwachsene und ein 3,5 jähriges Kind 80€ Eintritt bezahlt… unverschämt. Werde nie wieder dahin gehen !

Hello Manfred, the rules are perfectly written and accepted from our guests. The swimming pool park is free of charge, as i told you the 1st day, only for direct reservation as like as descripted on the online channels (is enought to read). For the breakfast you est all with pleasure, strange that now you say it was nothing special. We have piggy, chickens, cocks, ducks and donkeys (these last not ever here because they need hight grass to eat, but all the guests can see them on the hills behind our property). Ottima soluzione
Bellissima struttura, a 5 minuti da Desenzano. Camere spaziose e pulite, ampio giardino, parcheggio gratuito in loco. Colazione ottima, con torte e marmellate fatte in casa. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.
