"We all (family and friends) really enjoyed our stay. With 4 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and ‘man cave’ plus a patio and pool, we had plenty of room. Only negative is the only way into the house is via steps which were difficult with my bad knees (66 years old). Great view of Lompoc from living room."

"We enjoyed our stay in Santa Ynez at Jeanne and Leo’s place. It was relaxing and there were nice touches like coffee beans in the fridge and a banana walnut cake for breakfasts. Santa Ynez is very close although the town is not walker-friendly. Los Olivos and Solvang are also so close and accessible. The casita is comfortable if a little tight in places. There are a lot of bugs which is a function of the locale. Jeanne could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay"

"We had a wonderful stay celebrating a family member's 30th birthday. The house had everything we needed on a rainy weekend - cozy sofa, game room, well-equipped kitchen and incredible views. It is close enough to wineries and the cute towns of Los Olivos, Santa Ynez and Solvang while still feeling like you are out in the countryside. The beds were comfy and the entire house was spotless. Highly recommend!"

"The horse stalls right outside the front door. The quails, barn swallows, birds of prey, and dog greeters Remy and Lily combined with beautiful views of the mountains make this a perfect place to relax and let the rest of the world melt away. "We really enjoyed our stay which was perfect for families with the cute loft upstairs and a fun backyard! The kitchen was lovely for cooking with two options for dining areas. "We rented this property to celebrate mom's 80th birthday as she wanted to go to Solvang. Weather was not in our favor that weekend but we were able to stay in this home, light a fire, play games, drink wine and relax. It was perfect. The views of the mountains are beautiful. We were able to see them with a dusting of snow! The location of the home is perfect. Easy drive to all the local favorite spots."
