"I can’t rave enough about this hotel!! Parking included, fantastic and knowledgeable staff, unbelievable brunch/breakfast and the room was just outstanding. Reception was so patient with all my questions. Female staff really spent time with me and gave me the best advice. I really wish I remembered her name but she is exceptionally good at her role. I do wish there was a bottle opener in the room instead of having to get it from the front desk but that’s a small suggestion. "

Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious and plentiful breakfast while overlooking the hotel’s lush gardens and stunning ocean views. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, and our room was impeccably clean with a thoughtful turn-down service every evening. We also loved the entertainment offered on most nights, especially the fantastic jazz performances and the authentic regional dancers and singers, which added such a special local touch to the experience. "Pillows were bad! Bumpy and piling inside and pillow case was broken. Bedsheets are loosely prepared so they all come undone when you get into the bed. Breakfast was average, location was good and walkable. Cleanliness in bathroom could be improved. Staff were quiet nice. "
