Me encanto me Sentí como en mi casa. desde que llegas se ocupan de ti de tu equipaje de lo que necesitas. inmediatamente tienes tus llaves del cuarto.el cual esta inmaculado espacioso cómodo. abraza estar tan cómodo. fui para una boda y necesitaba que me plancharán los vestidos de telas muy delicadas. la Sra encargada de ese departamento. super querida se apersono de que quedaran impecables. hay vi que son super eficientes. aparte el desayuno es delicioso y muy completo. cene una noche en el restaurante. super recomendado. la comida muy fresca y deliciosa aparte excelente servicio. si regreso me quedo en esta propiedad.

We had a great stay here. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the beds were very comfortable. The soundproofing was impressive; we were in a busy area but barely heard any outside noise, which made for a really restful sleep.
The hotel and rooms were clean, with daily housekeeping. The location is a major plus—less than a 5-minute walk to the metro, making it easy to get to central Lisbon and other attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within a short walk.
The only downside was the bathroom. The toilet was awkwardly positioned under the sink, making it uncomfortable to use, and better ventilation is needed, as we noticed some mould.
Overall, a very good stay with just a few areas for improvement.
