"★★★★★ 5-Star Stay! I stayed at the InterContinental Santo Domingo a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed my stay. I was on the 19th floor, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the city. Breakfast was included, and that was definitely a highlight for me. I loved the buffet breakfast. There was a great selection, everything was fresh, and it was well worth having it included with the room. What stood out most, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Santo Domingo. An easy 5 stars from me!"

"Staffs are great especially the housekeepers who service our rooms daily. Buffet breakfast was great with great selections. Property location is perfect and very convenient to visit the malls and food places. Uber service was great as well moving from one place to another. Definitely will stay in this hotel again. Aniasy (Roof top bar tender) and Marivell (Housekeeper) and Javier the Porter to mention the few staffs who are very helpful during our stay. Best experience was our trip down to the colonial zones and we meet some great people which we shared drinks, foods and great night life by the area during the night."

"Overall it is a good place. Clean ample room, secure area with on site parking. Food, groceries and shopping nearby. I have one complaint. Water coming from the shower was either too hot or too cold. I was never able to regulate the temperature to a comfortable temperature. Hot water started to flow and when I tried to regulate the temperature it would turn from too hot to too cold. As much as I tried I could not regulate it, so taking a shower was a daily adventure. Other than that is was a pleasant stay."
